I am constantly testing products.
These are the things that I feel have VALUE.
Not sure if your core is integrated and working well? Your best metric is IAP ( intra abdominal pressure). This is a fabulous inexpensive way to feel more confident about the quality of your core.

Are you stimulating your feet?
If you are not in a nuturally barefoot environment ( ie getting your feet into different shapes and exposing them to different textures) then foot wiping on a textured mat is a simple way to get the necessary stimulation from your feet - to your brain to improve movement. Check out FOOT WIPING.
(anything textured will do)
I can't say enough good things about this company. There is an age related decline in the sensitivity of the receptors in our feet. They are NECESSARY for movement accuracy. Necessary to prevent overuse and gripping of muscles, to maintain balance, efficiency and physical longevity. These products are the highest value low effort ways I

I use their neuroball, mats, insoles, wedges, toe spacers, etc..

These elevate your foot exercises significantly. Great for restoring mobility to your foot, reshaping your foot and when you put a wedge under your toes you can increase strength gains up to 4x!

I also like the AIM for wedges.
These are my go to toe spacers.
I find these a "little" bigger than wild toes yet still soft, stay on your feet and are great for maximizing important sensory receptors ( better motor output).

Need to improve your forefoot splay? Toe spacers are essential.
Without forefoot splay you are not taking advantage of FREE stability in your foot and FREE foot core activation.. I love wild toes for barefoot training (because they stay on) and for maximum stimulation of plantar plates.
( BONUS : you also get the band for your big toes)

Option #3 for toe spacers is Correct Toes.
( I love them all)
Correct toes have less stimulation than the other 2, may fall off when barefoot .....BUT have the ability to get more spacing and are are my go to for wearing in shoes for long periods of time
If you have a bunion or want to get the most out of your big toe these bands get the job done.
This is my favourite met pad if you are trying to rebuild you transverse arch.
I have these in white, silver and gold. Great for positional breathing, PRI techniques, pelvic floor awareness, etc. These are harder than the overball and coregeous ball.
I have been taking AG1 for a while now. It is foundational nutrition. I notice better energy, recovery time, focus and my skin even looks better. I find it the most palatable of the green drinks. It is a quick shot of vitamins, minerals, probiotics and prebiotics which supports my gut, brain and immune system.
Hydration is a big focus of mine but the science is shining the light on how important salt and electrolyte proportions are. LMNT is leading the field and I'm loving what they do for me. No sugar. The right salt.
I can't believe the versatility of this ball. Perfect for PRI 90 90 techniques, great for ribcage positional breathing, sitting on for pelvic floor awareness and releases, and the list goes on.
Still my favourite tool for overall foot mobility. They are STICKY ( important for shearing) and the right size. I have lots of tools for feet but these are my go to.
I was highly SCEPTICAL at first. But high frequency vibration from these guns is extremely effective at TEMPORARILY decreasing muscle tone in facilitated tight muscles. You are NOT breaking scar tissue...however you are creating a window of opportunity to teach your brain and your body how to move better. YES, you need to MOVE after us

I love the THERABODY products.
Great pressure.
Quiet.
My favourite is honestly the MINI.
Tight compressed necks can be incredibly stubbourn to release and break the cycle. Sometimes you need daily doses of decompression and this is the best option I have found. Easy on your jaw, relaxing, effective...why not close your eyes and pair it with a dose of mindfullness meditation.
Elevating your heels when squatting is not needed for everyone but if you have tight hips or ankles I highly recommend them. It allows you to shift your ribcage back, keep your torso more upright, open up the back of your hip and take the pressure off of the front. It's a much more optimal muscle pattern if your goal is to improve mobility.
This is a treat for your body. They are expensive but they are gorgeous. The foam is high quality and makes kneeling on the ground tolerable even for the most sensitive knees ( Osgood Schlatter's included).
These are surprisingly handy and perfect for the job often. Shoulder exercises like Shirapovas, banded knee drills, hip drills....I like them!
I'm not devoted to any one manufacturer but I love them for spine segmentations or helping me get my pull up.
This was the original for me and has stood the test of time. Hard, simple, sticky.. We aren't breaking up scar tissue but there is HUGE value for changing your brain, your nervous system, your muscle, fluid movement, etc...
I think everyone should have cups. Cupping is the opposite of rolling. We pull the layers of tissue apart, separate them and have massive benefits with regards to lymphatics and blood flow so that your body can do what it was designed to do. Add some dynamic cupping for even more effect!
Soft Silicone cups - good for uneven areas ( around joints )
Hard plastic cups - good for flat areas (muscle)
